Chicago-based violinist, Jimmy Chaos, began studying the violin at age six in New York City, pursuing his training in classical music. Through meeting other musicians and exposure to different types of music, interests developed in exploring other genres of performance. Since his arrival in Chicago- 2008, Jimmy has been performing with a variety of artists and musicians at venues and events such as Double Door, The Elbo Room, Schubas, Uncommon Ground, Red Kiva, Summerfest, Grant Park, The United Center, Hollywood & Blue Chip Casinos, Ballydoyle, and many more. Jimmy is currently performing with Chicago band, Classical Blast which features Petar Kecenovici- cello, David Kav- guitar, and Glen Kosche- drums.
